Sandwich was decent even though the bread quality seems to have downgraded. (Not the price though)I concur that this store is filthy and 3 employees basically standing around not giving you know what. I see this more and more with business, not sure if it's the state of the workforce or management/owners just happy to have someone there.Dirty counters, floors, trash, etc...should have took some pics. I would understand if there was a line out the door but I was the only one there. Everytime I spend money at a restaurant just reminds me to stay home and cook.

(All of this keep in mind.. MINIMUM wage job. Do not give this location any business.They are not good to their employees and they lie on their available positions. One girl was told that she was applying for a Shift Lead position and she found out during the interview that she cannot be shift lead for a year. Not only that, before they even start they must memorize each sandwich with its toppings in correct order.. and no compensation for this.

I visited this restaurant last week and ordered four sandwiches. Unfortunately, I am allergic to lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, but when I got to the woman making my sandwich, she started adding those items without asking me first. I had to tell her to wait before deciding what to put on my sandwich. Additionally, one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly by a man and had to be remade. One of the ladies working there had an attitude when I asked for a refund for one of my sandwiches. I had to wait another 20 minutes to receive my last sandwich, even though it was already made. When I inquired about it, the lady with the attitude refused to give it to me. I expressed my disappointment to the staff, mentioning that as a veteran, I expected better treatment. When I requested the corporate office number from the manager, he refused to provide it and said no one would help me. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant as it seems they do not value their customers and their treatment of customers is disrespectful.

Absolutely terrible. I decided to order from this restaurant during my lunch break while running errands. I ended up driving out of my way to reach it. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location on the app, but decided to pick it up anyway. After waiting for over half an hour for my order to be ready, they still hadn't even started preparing it. I asked for a refund and left without having anything to eat. Extremely disappointing experience for a fast food restaurant.

I absolutely love the freshness of the rolls at this restaurant and the fact that you can turn any sub into a salad. It is so delicious!
