Chronic Tacos - Redlands

The food could use some improvement. We ordered the chronic fries, but some of them appeared undercooked. The four beer-battered fish tacos we tried were just average. The service wasn't great either. Now our stomachs are feeling unsettled, and we really need to head to the restroom. Honestly, based on this experience, Taco Bell might have been a better option.

Place your order at the counter. The menu is quite limited. The food was slimy, greasy, and overly wet. It was terrible. Food rating: 1/5.

The service consistently takes a long time to prepare food, even when I'm the only customer. I noticed that the cashier, who is Indian, doesn't wash her hands before handling money. This is off-putting for me. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

We visited this restaurant for the first time and were assisted by Brennan. He was extremely polite and friendly, allowing us plenty of time to decide while our food was being prepared. We will definitely return. The food was fantastic and the staff was wonderful!

Terrible experience! I wanted to give this place a try, and when I saw that it was quiet, I chose to go in instead of grabbing a sandwich from Sprouts. I really regret that decision. I ordered a burrito, but the ingredients were lukewarm, and the server just mixed everything together, turning it into a mushy burrito. I ended up throwing most of it away. The carne meat was cold and tasteless. I sat there for about a minute just watching the server mash everything together before wrapping it up, which made the burrito even colder when it should have been served hot. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Honestly, the food at Taco Bell is better.
