Bidrage med feedbackTotally agree with most of the other comments re this particular HJ's. It is our local one but we have stopped going there due to constantly not being given what you ordered, meals are luke warm at best and icecream machine is constantly unavailable due...to either cleaning or repairs (seemingly no matter what time of day/night you go or day of the week). Sad we love HJ's when it's good. The store is not always overly clean and don't go near their toilets they're smelly and unclean. I agree with someone who said the training at HJ's is not on par with McD's re customer service etc.
We have visited this restaurant multiple times and have been let down on each occasion. The poor customer service and subpar food have prevented us from returning, but we decided to give it another chance tonight. However, our experience was disappointing yet again. When I tried to add a burger to our order, I was told that they were too busy to accommodate my request, despite noticing other staff members not handling any customers. When I asked for a second straw for my drinks, I was met with a rude response. The food, as always, was terrible. It's safe to say that we won't be returning to this restaurant in the future.
I have to say, Hungry Jacks in Alexandra Hills always seems to have issues with their thick shake and ice cream machines. I once ordered a coffee and discovered the milk was off after taking a sip. Additionally, when ordering a meal, I always have to double check as something is usually missing 99% of the time.
Ever been somewhere the staff a young and unprofessional? This is the place rudeness, incompetence and just a general who cares attitude is all you will get here when returning you 're burger (which is necessary at least once! Ive even had lip from the supervisor!...Food is horrible again due to the staff not making it properly and higene is poor. Do not buy anything other than a sundae.....its the only thing they can get right!! Food is ho
Have been to this HJ 's a couple of times as it 's in a handy spot and, well, sometimes you just can 't be bothered making food yourself right? Ok, so now new family rules apply for us and top of the list is to never...hit this HJ 's again. To explain: You know how sometimes when you crack it for crappy takeaway you just mark it away as bad luck? Ok, so what if you notice a trend of all round badness every time you visit a particular store of a particular brand? Here lays the issue with HJ 's at Alexandra Hills. On the surface it has wonderful gardens, ample parking, is in a great location and has the full Hungry 's menu. All of this is terrific but you know what? Unfortunately it 's complete and utter rubbish! Inside the decor is old, odd and it smells like an old band aid factory. Sure, that can happen to anyone ? but adding to this is the fact that the dining room is filthy. For goodness sake, give the cleaning staff a new mop and some glasses! Assuming of course that they know what 'clean ' actually is! Oh, and best be servicing them with a Bio Kit too. On our last visit I think someone may have performed a full frontal lobotomy on themselves in the men 's room. As you do I guess... So, the setting is not great, but what about the food? Well, burgers are sloppy, fries are cold and the onion rings seem to be made from battered rubber bands. Really the only thing that seems ok is the post mix coke which obviously the staff have not yet worked out how to make a mess of. warning: this may have changed Like I said, this is not a oncer, every time we 've been there it 's the same story. Last time when we almost heaved our Hungrys Mrs Wife rang to complain. Total waste of time. The manager on duty was an inspirational young lad who could not have cared less. No understanding, no professionalism and I 'd bet, no chance of getting a gig at Maccas where at least they teach the kids correct customer service. Ok, so yes 'the burgers may be better at Hungry Jacks ' but what needs further explanation here is 'better than what? All is not lost though.. Fans of The Simpson 's will love it. The Alexandra Hills branch of Hungry Jacks is easily the closest thing we have to a real life version of Krusty Burger! Give it a miss.
