Little Caesars Pizza - Redford

I went there to order a pizza, and I noticed that the cook prepared the pizza without wearing gloves. He answered the phone, added pepperoni to the pizza, and handled the meat, all without gloves. When I tried to address my concerns, the staff member told me there was no need to cook it at 500°F.

I placed my order and received a notification that it was ready for pickup. However, when I approached the counter, the young woman working there seemed to be trying to communicate telepathically. It appeared that she hadn’t noticed my order, leading to a confusing and frustrating experience with no verbal communication. While I enjoyed my food—the new pepperoni pizza and the Twix brownie were both delicious—the poor customer service left a bad impression on me.

This restaurant is convenient and affordable since it's nearby, but I always end up waiting a long time when I visit. The staff seems slow and often provides inaccurate estimates for wait times. On one occasion, I waited over 40 minutes for just two items. Despite this, I really enjoy coming here.

With distance the best small caesars in the opposite. I work near and often come to eat at lunchtime. they are lunch combos and hot and ready are always fresh and are not long as others are located here.
