Delicious sandwiches and salads! I tried the half and half combo to sample both, and the portion sizes were generous. They also offer locally brewed kombucha.

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the coffee is decent. I always receive good service here, and the diverse crowd it attracts indicates that the coffee is likely to be top-notch. It can get a bit noisy at times, but that hasn't deterred me from coming back. I've met and made friends at this place multiple times because it has such a welcoming vibe.

I've only been here once, but I will be back! In the Redding heat, it's nice to be able to go in and get a nice cool salad, freshly made, as well as a fantastic sandwich. This is not fast food by any means, so allow about 15 minutes for your meal to be prepared. The amount of food that you get for the price seems like a very good value to me. I got a half sandwich and half salad, and I was pretty well stuffed. I am not a petite eater either. The tables are generally smooth with a nice lacquer finish. However the table that we sat at just to the right of the door as you exit seemed to be quite sticky, perhaps because the lacquer was peeling, or heaven forbid it was just dirty. If you leaned against the table or put your hand on the top, your clothing would stick and your hand would peel away from the tabletop. It may sound worse than it actually was, and I'm still giving 5 stars because the quality of the food was that good.

This restaurant is my favorite spot to visit after a trail run or a motorcycle ride. It's a trendy place that I love to show off to my friends. I always order a wrap with tater tots, French fry sauce, and coffee. I can't resist these dishes, so I never try anything new. I highly recommend the brownie; it is incredibly rich and delicious. However, I selfishly don't want others to snatch it up before me, so maybe you should try everything else on the menu instead.
