Marios Pizza - Redbridge

The food was so terrible that we ended up skipping dinner that night. I spent the whole evening feeling hungry and dissatisfied. This restaurant should really consider shutting down. The owners should go back to whatever it was they used to do well because they definitely can't make good pizza.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, but the way the manager treats the young Indian workers is unacceptable. Two Indian employees were reprimanded for sharing a few words while making pizza, which did not impact their work. The manager scolded them and the owner needs to address this behavior. The workers continued to work silently, but this kind of treatment is not conducive to a positive work environment. The manager spoke to them disrespectfully throughout my visit, displaying bullying behavior that should not be tolerated.

I was shocked because I have had pizza from this restaurant before. I decided to order delivery and was extremely disappointed. The pizza arrived cold and burnt. I cannot believe that the food was allowed to leave the restaurant in such a state. How can anyone serve this to their children?

I have to admit Mario’s pizza used to be good before! Order it last night and it has to be one of the worse pizza I’ve ever eaten. I went in for collect and the woman said it would be ready in 10 minutes!!! A 19 inch pizza ready in 10 minutes (I was shocked) off I went to collect once I put the phone down, I arrived and it was ready. Didn’t seem right to me and I was RIGHT! The pizza was under cooked. The tomato purée was still cold! Worse pizza ever! Definitely wont be going there again.

Crazy deals for collection. Where else can you get 19 deep pan/thin crust, stuffed edge and half-n-half if you wish for £10??!! Pizzas are nice and tasty. It's especially nice as it's halal so you can order pepperoni and meat to your heart's content. It's is much better than Torinos which used to be good or Pizza GoGo.
