Chigwell Bbq - Redbridge

I was a regular customer here but terrible food and customer service means I will never buy from them again. I dumped the salad onto my plate and after eating some of it, I realised there was a live snail both in my plate and in the salad box. Manager refused to give me any money back at all even though I had to tip my whole meal into the bin and had a very dismissive attitude saying 'don 't order from us again if you don 't want to '. Not the attitude I expect from somewhere that I regularly go to don 't order from them unless you like snails!!!

Best take away donor in east London. Highly recommend the large donor wrap with no salad and chilli sauce.

Just ordered on Just Eat and I'm posting this as I'm sitting here eating! What can I say except wow...the portion size is insanely good. The chips are crispy, the donner is perfect, onion rings are golden and salad is fresh. In fact everything is fresh and steaming hot and was 20mins early! Could not recommend enough. Even got a small complimentary dessert. Will 100000% be ordering again

The kebab at this restaurant is truly exceptional - some of the best I have had since moving to East London. The portion size is excellent and the service is always delivered with a smile!

I recently tried the chicken wings at this restaurant and they were incredibly tasty and delicious. To my surprise, they also gave me three complimentary hummus appetizers.
