Premier Inn Luton South (m1, J9)

Food and drinks at The Harvestor were excellent value and the staff provided great service. Breakfast is served within the hotel, not in the Harvestor itself. The rooms were rated 4 out of 5, service a perfect 5, and the location a 4. One of the highlights of the hotel is its peaceful atmosphere.

Spent a couple of nights here whilst we tripped down memory lane as we used to live in Hemel Hempstead and spent lots of weekends at Whipsnade Zoo. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff that saw us in and took our money for breakfast were the best. Thanks very much. The only slight downside was the proximity to the A5 and the buildings own outside lighting that illuminated our room. I would still book again though. Oh and it suffered the usual Premier Inn issues of doors banging throughout the whole building but I think that's more to do with the inconsideration of the other customers.

I stayed in the Premier Inn Luton South last weekend. Was worken up by the sound of dripping water. At first I thought I have left the basin on or the shower on. I didn't. Water was leaking from the ceiling. Because I didn't report the incident at the time (late Saturday evening/early Sunday morning), I won't receive a refund. Don't expect water to leak. Rooms: 1

This hotel clearly used to be a different hotel chain and is in desperate need of a revamp the bathrooms are not very nice an the rooms are half done from the older style premier inn rooms to the new ones. no lift as well but overall it is a alright hotel.
