App wasn't acknowledging my blue light card discount, and staff members refused to process the order with a bluelight card! Never had a problem with any other kfc when app wouldn't work! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely dire. Obviously being run by a group of kids, nothing seems to work the way it should and the amount of incorrect orders was getting silly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Zinger Burger

We waited for our food, which was placed on the counter without any clear indication that it was ours. After that, the staff member disappeared to the back and didn’t return for quite a while. When she finally came back, she asked what we were waiting for! By that time, we realized the food was cold, we didn’t have any cups, and some of the sides were incorrect. We were not happy with either the food or the service. We won’t be coming back after such a disappointing experience.
