China Royal Of Redwing - Red Wing

My husband and i love the taste of all of their food,but there hasnt been a single time the food has been hot. the food is warm,and i myself, and a few others had mentioned this to them, but no change. if they would have their food HOTTER, i would easily give them 5 stars.

Large eating, large portions, we order and pick up and it is always fast and steaming hot, and when we place large amounts, they often throw into a dessert free! I wish the fried rice would be better, but otherwise we love, love, love her!

They open on time, but the food takes 15-20 minutes to arrive, and much of it is served cold. We visited on October 23, 2019, hoping for a good experience, but it was a disaster with cold dishes and a strange mix of fresh and old food. Even the whipped cream was disappointing. I spoke to the waitress about it, but we ended up leaving most of our meal untouched. They clearly care more about the money than the quality of the food. China Royal is no longer what it used to be.

I visited a friend in Red Wing, and while this place might be slightly better than the other Chinese restaurants in the area, it was still very disappointing!

My partner and I really enjoy the flavors of all their dishes, but unfortunately, the food has never been served hot. It's always just warm, and I've mentioned this to them, as have a few others, but nothing seems to have changed. If they could serve their food hotter, I would easily give them 5 stars.
