Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Red Oak

Ordered through Uber and disappointed that there was no quality control. Ordered onion tanglers and received waffle fries which were undercooked. Didn't get the bbq sauce we paid extra for.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Ernest went above and beyond to make our experience great. The brisket was the best I’ve ever had at other locations. Definitely coming back!

The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches are hard to beat at dickeys. That's what I usually get and they always knock it out of the park. the sauce is really good too and the store is always very clean.

The barbeque here is fair only The sides have always been good. The restaurant is clean. But if you're looking for a great barbecue meal this isn't it. This location tends to run out of menu items (meats and side items) before they close. So if you're set on dining here after 7:00 pm, you might want to call ahead. I've had to go elsewhere a few times because of this.

Went there the day before Thanksgiving. Ordered food through app, they didn't have any of the meat I ordered. They said the refund would take 2 weeks. I have called several times and sent email through app. I still haven't received refund. Manager will never get on phone. Will never recommend this location to my worst enemy.
