The Red Coach Inn

I believe that this is the only decent hotel in the city The service was excellent for me, I had one issue with one of the front desk representatives but it got fixed right away and I felt that they really care to make me satisfied. Cody, helped a lot and turned my from unsatisfied customer to loyal customer Room in general is nice It just need more care of cleaning specially deep cleaning Rooms are stuffy they need to get fresh air or refreshers Only thing that really irritates me that the pillows were smiley

Wifi is non functional. Desk clerk knows nothing about reset or fix. No cell coverage here.

Older hotel with lots of character, fairly well taken care of. Glad we decided to stop here instead of going all the way to Des Moines. Reasonably clean, our bed was a bit on the hard side. Was impressed with the employees-Americans instead of foreigners who can barely speak English. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Dirty bathroom and dirty room upon arrival. The lobby and halls are well kept though.
