Wendy's - Red Deer

Went through the drive through so we didn't really receive any positive customer service. Good food but I hate that the staff seem to nit care about anything.

I LOVE Wendy’s but this location isn’t really for me. amazing food, tastes amazing. But the drink machines were broken. I tried to get some sprite but the machine sprayed everywhere and got me wet. I was missing a poutine from my order, the bathroom doors didn’t lock, and the other one was plugged. There was a baby diaper (used) on the baby changing table. I would come again but do take out.

Had the French toast breakfast and bacon and egg croissant. Both were very good as were the potato sides. Will have them again or possibly try something different.

Super unprofessional I ordered my salad twice because the frist time it was wilted and rotten so I call and ask them for a new one they said they couldn't do anything so I tried to contact skip and they did nothing so I ordered a new salad and called back to ask them to please make sure my salad was fresh and the employee told me they would cut fresh lettuce and that my salad would be fresh but when my salad arrived it was once again wilted super super upset and won't be ordering for this Wendy's anymore when I called a third time to tell the employee to get rid of all the bad lettuce he told me he did and that it was fresh and that I must not have ordered from his location but on skip it tells me the location I got my food from: messed up man.

Food was fast food nothing to write home about but it was fast and the staff were okay but they sure didn't love their jobs lol I would eat here again
