Starbucks - Red Deer

I had been getting my morning coffee here for a month now, but lately Linda has been making me pay extra for my cream. As far as I know, there is up to 4 oz of cream included with the coffee, but they give me only 2 ounces, and when I ask for more, they say it's extra.I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks. In the end, I have chosen not to go there anymore. So for a measly 80 cents, they have lost a customer and earned a bad review.

I'd love to give a 5 stars. Visiting family and doing my business in Red deer and I stopped at that location on both Saturday and Sunday evenings. The Saturday team from September 9 was just amazing. 5 stars to them. The best of the best.But on Sunday evening September 10, the team was completely different. No enthusiasm in serving. I ordered a blended coffee frap and I always get them and they taste not sweet and sugary but went here and they had to make 3 of them and they all taste very sweet and not the same although I got a $4 off card for it but there drinks there are kind of

This girl she had short coloured hair she was making Mine in my mom’s drinks. I got a refresher. Well my mom got a hot coffee. My mom’s coffee came out about three minutes after it was ordered and they want to start mine but then they placed it somewhere and completely forgot about my order. I was obviously still standing there. They didn’t ask me or nothing just kept staring at me and when I finally said something they were like oh I’m so sorry about blah blah blah. They forgot my cake pop, and the drinks were just honestly not that great definitely would not go back here.
