McDonald's - Red Deer

I mean, it’s McDonalds, what do you expect? But they messed up multiple things on our order, ignored us while we were waiting to ask for them to get fixed, served multiple customers while we were waiting for the missing items (easy to hand to us, like a chocolate milk and an iced coffee). Service was not great. Food was ok.

Visited here for lunch as visiting the area. Used the order boards to order. Quick service and food was hot and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely seating inside including sofas and park benches. Very different to the usual style. Enjoyed our lunch stop

We went to McDonald today around 5:00-5:30 they forgot our maya and I’m not blaming the whole crew but we went back there the drive threw and she said in a very rude tone you know you can come Inside we have a line up ITS YOUR JOB I will never return to this McDonald’s again

The food that was served here was very subpar. It tasted like it was cooked this morning and served 6 hrs later. To top it off no straws in the bag and no napkins to spit the food into.

Drive through: Ordered breakfast for 2. The only thing they got right were the hash browns and giving us ketchup when we asked. Both sandwiches were incorrect (one had cheese that wasn't supposed to, the other was ham and not bacon), both coffees ordered black were cream sugar. This was a drive through order, so they actually confirmed the order verbally, on the order screen, then when paying they asked a 3rd time to make sure we paid for the right one. Tried calling, but it rings about 20 times, then goes to voice mail. Will keep calling until they answer, but I doubt they'll do anything as the service at this McD's has just fallen to the toilet in the last while. Whomever they have for management isn't doing their job, and staff are not trained to pay attention. Unacceptable.
