Carl's Jr - Red Deer

Shown at 11:30 on Sunday 4 December 2022. Go through the drive and set order for a few salad wrapped combos and 2 bottles of water. Get into the window, and shield says “from tomatoes.” She gives us 2 cups of water and says they are also made of water. We go home and unpack the meal... the salad was in pieces and not wrapped... the onion rings were bits and pieces... the frits were in a lump, not separated... a small pimple in every burger. Absolutely terrible meal!! Never had such a bad meal. I want to send an email to the headquarters. We will never come back here again!!!!!

Had 2 Carl jr Double Patty Burger the first was cold and the second was only warm and the bungalow broke dry. And expects it to be a hot burger especially after waiting 10 minutes for it not made... a great experience

Thought we'd give this place another try. Went there before and were not impressed with the food quality. Given that we each have a Ph.D. in burgers and fries, we know our stuff! This Carl's burgers and fries just doesn't cut it, compared to 5...Guys. Taste and texture, boys and girls. Taste and texture! No problem with the service. They practically fell over themselves to make us feel welcome (thank you, Keily at the counter), but the bottom line: we don't eat hospitality, we came for food. Service: brought to our table. Nice. Spent 20.00 for lunch for two

The restaurant was clean, bright and empty on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the bacon swiss crispy chicken sandwich combo and an Oreo milkshake. Nothing really wowed me about the food. It seemed pretty average for fast food. The milkshake was made with real ice...cream like Fat Burger’s but was missing the vanilla flavour notes from the type of ice cream used. Perhaps their signature flavour is in their burgers instead of the chicken. I would order something different next time.

Stopped in here for some lunch while heading south on Highway 2. It's pretty easily accessed off the highway. The prices here are a bit pricey for what you get and the food is just okay, nothing really great. The service however is pretty good....But frankly the place is overrated.
