Family Pizza - Red Deer County

I had an all meat pizza and a Mexican I was very impressed with dough and overall taste. I ordered 2 medium which are only 10 inches but enough for the 3 of us. Take out only no tables.

I love pizza. And this pizza didn't disappoint! I got a medium pepperoni pizza for pick up. I recommend trying their Pizza by the Slice!

Best tasting pizza in Red Deer. I have tried all the pizza places in Red Deer and Family Pizza is the best. Prices are good too.

I have eaten @ this establishment at least a dozen times in the last couple of years since I've lived in Red Deer (whether through my own ordering or most often, as of late, someone else's) I have to mention that being a previous restaurant employee, I'm not terribly picky as I understand how easily mistakes can happen but I also expect, at the least, half decent food and friendly service. EVERY single time that I have called to make an order, the person on the receiving end of my call has been perfunctory and often down right rude. I do not order at busy times of the day, nonetheless, that isn't an excuse as it doesn't take longer to be polite and professional on the phone and you would think they would at least PRETEND to care that the customers are the one's supporting the business and/or supplying the money for their cheques, but apparently they must have better things to do. Add to that the fact that when the delivery driver came to my door, they included a tip in the amount they charged me(I was paying cash), instead of letting me decide how much(or even IF) I wanted to tip, I will never order from there again. Appalling service combined with sub-par ingredients and food, I would advise to only patronize this establishment if you are starving and have no other options. I don't normally write reviews myself, but after having recently ordered from there again, with the same negative service and that delivery driver, I felt the need to make it clear to others who they're giving their hard earned money to and what they will get in return. Apologies for the long review, apparently I'm long-winded today ;)

Love the pizza here, you don't feel like you just ate a huge meal after two pieces. Good crust too!!
