Red Bay Yacht Club

CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY sad because the place had potential. The deserts were usually pretty good. Very overpriced and food was subpar.

Just left Red Bay after a two night stay at Red Bay Acres. Each evening my husband and I spent a couple of hours at the Yacht Club. Upon entering, it was obvious that this place is set up to be more like a clubhouse. They serve food (grill style, from what we could see), soft drinks and some alcoholic beverages. There is a lunge area with cushy furniture and a large screened TV. But, the greatest thing about this place it's huge array of gameroom equipment: pool table, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, poker table, and dart board. Also, there was a large assortment of board games and outdoor games (pickle ball, cornhole and horseshoes). The ladies working there were very friendly and accommodating. Offered us free popcorn, too. Although the RV park appeared to be pretty full, there was nobody else taking advantage of the games. A few wandered in for food, but that was it. We plan to return to Red Bay in February and will definitely be visiting this establishment again!!

Permanently closed. It was a great place but they didn't get enough business to stay open.

Certainly one of our favorites. It’s about 45 minutes from our house, but worth the drive. Never disappointed.

Great food, great prices. I don’t think they have raised prices in the last 3 years like most others have.
