I reserved the raised foot to take a step, because I had read very good reviews (especially for the table. A big detour from the A75, worth it if we're on a walk. The place is isolated and it makes charm, it has a story and I like it. The boss installed me in a very beautiful room (upgraded. Lamb ris with mushrooms in entry, sublime. The rum baba out, worthy. On the other hand, the beef piece of Aubrac (which should be the main part of the menu ...hard, without flavor and not even beautiful to look. Given the late hour, it may be the last room that was left, but in that case, the chief should refrain from serving it. As for the person at the service, it can of course papot with its known customers, it is also the charm of the place, but not to the point of exaggeratingly abandoning a client of passage. Very pleasant welcome of the boss and you feel well in his attitude that he passionately bears the history of this place. I'll be back with great pleasure!
A must-see place when you come to the Aubrac, always as good!
Because of health problems I did not come this year 2023 but I will be happy to return my friendships to Mathieu and all the staff
