Presto Pizza - Reading

I ordered a large pizza online for pickup and specifically requested in the notes for it to not be burnt, as it had been the previous two times. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt and did not have green chillies on it as requested. Additionally, the price had increased to £11.99 and the restaurant always prefers cash payment over card, which is illegal. When I called to complain, the lady on the phone refused to acknowledge my concerns. Consequently, I have decided not to patronize this restaurant any longer.

The pizza at this restaurant is tasty, but the service is extremely poor. The staff is arrogant and disrespectful, especially the woman at the counter. If you are just looking to fill your stomach, you can give it a try. However, hospitality and respect are crucial in the restaurant industry. Arrogance and bad attitudes are not conducive to a positive business environment, regardless of the quality of the food.

I bought a pizza, chips , wings, and lamb ribs, I have to say everything tasted nice and on point except the lamb ribs, they were absolutely disgusting, and looks like they just microwaved the ribs and send it out. Please take note of my review, if you can't cook something right please remove it from your menu, if the menu is smaller but done the right way, that is better.

Friendly staff and quick service. The pizza was hot and excellent and provided a garlic dip as well. The bonus was they allowed me to eat in as well.

Didn’t expect to be served with a disgusting attitude and then to hear the young girl swear at me thinking I had put the phone down telling me I was f@&king rude sort it out
