It can be tricky to find for folks not familiar with Reading. PLENTY of easy parking makes it worthwhile. Good food in a nice atmoshere. It's not what you expect--but you'll be glad you stopped in.
Sometimes you don't have to wait to take out but you always get the ignorant person who jumps in the line ahead of you
Can I give a zero? We received no silverware or refills and the staff repeatedly asked if we were okay, but we had nothing—no appetizers or salads. My husband's steak was not cooked as requested, and my mahi was overcooked and burnt. We weren’t offered any refills until we were ready to settle the bill. When we reminded the waitress about our missing salads and mentioned we didn't want them anymore since we had finished our meals, we asked if that would be reflected in our bill. She told us no, because salads are complimentary with the meal, so there would be no discount. What? You never brought our salads, and we were done eating! That’s your mistake, not ours. The waitress did nothing to make up for this disappointing experience. A little customer service could have turned things around, but that was not the case! I’m baffled by all the positive reviews. The service was poor, the food was lacking, and considering the restaurant was nearly empty, they couldn’t use the excuse of being busy. I definitely won’t be returning.
