Bidrage med feedbackOmgoodness, mango and vanille custard my favorites. so delicious and refreshing.
My 1st time having Italian shaved ice so my aunt took me to Rita's in the cold. I wanted a the coconut cream ice with vanilla custard topping but they were out of both. Guess they had a busy night as it was only 8pm. I got the mango ice and it was very good . Next time I visit my family I'll have go earlier.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the custard is truly fantastic!
Terrible experience! They only offer three flavors of frozen custard: vanilla, chocolate, and twist. I've only visited this location three times, and twice they were out of vanilla. When I requested the twist, I was informed it would just be chocolate. If that's the case, it's not really a twist, is it?! You only sell ice and custard—how can you be in business without one of your two main products? It’s shocking that this happens 75% of the time! It’s hard to understand how they’re still operating, or why they even bother to stay open if they’re not interested in selling their products. I also inquired about ice cream cookies and sandwiches, but surprise, they don’t have those either. Just close already! You’re occupying space that other franchises could utilize.
What surprised me was the store owner accusing me of returning to the window and yelling at the employees, claiming they had proof from the video. I want to clarify that I never went back to the window, nor did I raise my voice at anyone. It's just whipped cream, not a rare gem. There’s an old saying that the customer is always right, but it seems Rita's doesn't communicate this to all its franchise owners. I've contacted corporate again, this time because I'm being falsely accused of something I didn’t do. I want the owner to show the video evidence proving that I yelled at the staff, which they won't be able to do because it simply didn’t happen. I left the store with my sundae, sans whipped cream, and went on my way. I recommend avoiding this location, not just because they ran out of whipped cream—that can happen—but because the owner clearly struggles with basic customer service issues.
