Pizza Hut Express - Reading

Stay away!!!! I ordered online at 5:45 got there at 6 15 like they said my done time would be. When enterng there were 8 people ahead of me waiting. NOT a good sign. At 6 40 the manager states that it will be another 30 min. What!?!?!?!?! I demanded my money back along with 6 others and left. So angry. I will not return!!!

Pizza was decent, the reason for the low rating is their staff answering calls was NOT knowledgeable of their specials and deals going on. They kept insisting that we had to pay for when their special listed on the website stated otherwise. A tad slow on the delivery time but was an okay experience. If you have the choice to order else where I would suggest you take that option and not go here...it's NOT worth the hassle.

Who can I email? The pizza had very little sauce and the pizza was a little overcooked. Both on our plain cheese and our half pepperoni half pineapple. Not pleased this time.

I called at 8:30 pm and spoke with Brian who answered with an irritated tone. I said I 'd like to order delivery, there was a pause while he whispered something under his breath then said...ok fine! I was already feeling like the last thing he wanted was to take an order at this time. While fighting all urges to just hang up (I really wanted the stuffed crust! I gave him my phone number, got half way in and he stopped me to start over. Finally got that in to him and he asked my name, gave it. Then asked my address and when I gave the road name and number he rudely interrupted with NOPE, DON 'T GO THERE! . To that I said you have a real attitude and hung up. What he didn 't know if I would have gladly jumped in the car to drive there, instead I chose a place called Pizza Time who was genuinely happy to take my money with a smile. Brian has no business working with the public as he clearly lacks any skill with people.

This pizza hut is usually quick, they 've made a couple mistakes like giving our wings to another customer and not giving us extra sauce we paid for. They usually give credit for that kind of stuff though, food just about always seems to come out good. My main complaint is the delivery, they don 't seem to deliver very much. We 're in the same zip code, maybe 4 miles away but we always see cars delivering to the neighborhood a mile down the road. Dominoes and Papa John 's both deliver and they 're all within a half mile of each other. Pizza Hut is definitely out pizzaed in that category.
