I have had quite a negative experience with this establishment. There have been multiple errors in my recent orders, and even when I placed an online order, I had to wait an excessive 25-30 minutes for it to be prepared. On a previous visit, I endured an additional 30-minute wait, only to be informed that they had sold out or were unable to prepare more of the food. Service: Take out

Ordered in app. Food was ready 30 minutes late from time promised. No chips available. Employee said I'd have to request refund online. App only gave coupon for free chips with next order, with two week expiration date. Food wasn't good, lettuce brown and wilted, employees rude. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

This location has to be the worst in all aspects. The meat was watery the rice was burnt, and the customer service was hella dry. When I tried to call in and speak to a manager the automated services wouldn 't even connect the call to the restaurant . I absolutely love the other locations but this one was so disappointing.
