I really enjoy the food at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the customer service is consistently poor. The waitresses are rude and snippy, always making me feel like my order is an inconvenience to them.

The steak sandwich at this restaurant is top-notch! The fries and wings are also excellent. The ambiance is cozy and the service is fantastic.
