Applebee's - Raytown

I ordered online Quesadilla Burger with NO LETTUCE OR PICO DE GALLO. But my burger had shredded lettuce and pico de gallo that can't be removed without scrapping off the cheese a sauce. Can't eat this. I ordered some pink for my burger, but how was this done when the outside of the patty was burnt, crispy a d hard?

This place doesn't even rate a star. We waited forever for each and every little thing we got. The food and service was subpar. Do not recommend at all!!

This place sucks. We ordered waited 30 minutes got our steaks back they were cold had them sent back waiting 30 more minutes for steaks to come back and again they were cold as well as the potatoes that came with them we told them we complain to the manager again he offered 10% discount your jar trouble and Shira copying the damn Mills as we did not get anything hot to eat, and most people go out one hot food, we were done messing with this place and it will food home where we can at least cook it and warm it up to where it is hot and we can eat it but we will never be back to Applebee's. It used to be one of our favorite places, but they have lost their way If I could give negative stars I would, but the lowest I can go is one.

We were welcomed into this establishment with a smile and flourish by a young male employee who sat us at a booth in the restaurant. We'd just arrived in town from being on the road all day from St. Paul, MN, and wanted some dinner before turning in for the night. A young woman attended to us with a cheerful and pleasant manner, giving us menus and water, and then returned a few minutes later to answer some questions about a few menu items. And, thankfully, she also offered anecdotes offered by other customers about an item I was considering ordering, which helped in my decision to order a different item. I ordered some lemonade and their Clubhouse Grill sandwich with french fries on the side. And when my plate arrived a short time later, the food was hot and well-presented. As the saying goes: the proof is in the pudding. Each bite of my sandwich was very tasty (and a little messy, given that honey BBQ sauce) and the fries were good, too. To management: If they do pay any attention to reviews on this site, I want to bring bathroom cleanliness to their attention: having used their womens restroom twice during my visit, I noted thick bands of what appeared to be black mold underneath the toilet bowl rim, making it look terribly un-hygienic and forgotten by anyone doing the cleaning in there.

Neighborhood Nachos Beef. The picture on the menu versus the picture you see below for starters. No sour cream or guacamole and no one told me that they were out or did I want to substitute it for something else. The chips are stale and it's all stick together and the queso was watery. The meat was seasoned very well and it was warm but come on. You can't have a nacho without sour cream. I did a online order and that was easy. Went to pick it up, no signs that say where to get the carry out or pickup from eventually a greeter came and said just go to the back. I try to never give a bad review but for $15 this was terrible!!! Never going back!
