Bidrage med feedbackI don?t usually post negative reviews but I am sick of being treated badly by employees after showing nothing but respect and patience to them. This Dunkin is an absolute mess. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my coffee that was made wrong. I was then waited on by somebody who was so rude. Didn?t even bother to say you?re welcome after I thanked her for my coffee and proceeded to roll her eyes. Nothing but attitude in ever word she said. It?s not that hard to be nice to people. You never know what other people are going through. I understand customer service is a hard job? I?ve worked in customer service myself at two different Dunkin? Donuts?. But that doesn?t give you the right to treat people with disrespect even on bad days. If you can?t handle public service then don?t do it. I?m sick of these younger people getting jobs at Dunkin, Starbucks, etc. all these customer service related places and then treating you like garbage. I am never one to complain about service but this was just ridiculous. I?ve been here multiple times since moving to Raynham and every single time I?ve been greeted by the same thing. Long wait, wrong order, and rude staff. And then they expect to be tipped. Lol seriously?
Just don't go here. I was overcharged for almond milk the girl rang in two almond milks then gave me a lie about how they have to charge twice for milk in lattes. Then I heard her tell her coworker she lied about it when the window was closed. Simply telling a customer you made a mistake is better than lying. The coffee and food is horrible here.
I have never seen such laziness and outright rudeness in my life. I placed a mobile order and when i arrived, of course its not ready. I proceed to the register to tell them and a girl takes out a donut from the case and proceeds to eat it while talking to me. She then proceeds to go out back and dissapear for a good 5-10 minutes before making my drink. She then forgot the cream cheese for my bagel and when i brought it up she rolled her eyes, went out back again, and was laughing with the other girl and trash talking me. I understand this is dunkn and the service is usually shoddy but i have never seen such arrogance.
Poor management, only ordered a chicken croissant and an iced coffee, waited 20 mins and couldn't even bother a worker to ask where my food was. Orders after me were accomplished (including sandwiches) and I'm on work break so I had to leave no sandwich and less money.
Gets my order wrong almost every single day during the week, even though I put it in via mobile order 10-15 minutes before I arrive. When the errors are brought to their attention, I do receive replacements for my incorrect/missing items as necessary, but the frequency of the errors — and the waiting that I need to do while they are corrected — is starting to become unacceptable.
