Domino's Pizza - Rayne

While trying to order using the app I was prompted to call in to order because the app was down. I called in to make my order and after being on hold for 15 minutes I gave up and hung up and called back only stay on hold for an additional 15 minutes. I then hung up and tried calling again only to stay on hold for another 15 minutes. Needless to say after spending 45 minutes on hold trying to order I completely give up on this location. To be honest if this location can’t even answer the phone what’s the point in even opening the doors!

The truth is that I have never found a manager as racist as the one in this place because he doesn't like you, he forgot that he had a job and he treated me in the most unpleasant way, he treated me with contempt and tried to make me take the order that he wanted just for We were from another country, I'm not even used to buying there, I just wanted to eat something different from these good cultures but he made me think differently. I will never, ever, ever eat Domminos pizza, I would rather eat boiled eggs at home than go to that place. Now I see why pizza hut doesn't compare its service and food

Drove from Jennings to rayne because the Domino's was closed where I live just to get a brownie and it was well worth it even though the workers wasn't to pleased because we got there 30 minutes before closing time but they had our order out

Very disappointed! Paid for extra cheese and barely had any! Thin crust was as dry as the pizza box.

So ive always ate at thist location well a few weeks ago i ordered almost $100 worth of pizza wings well they got my entire order wrong the pizzas were not what i ordered the pizzas were disgusting the wings were cold and they did not put any of my dip cups or my 2 liters . well when called to explain so i couldve got my order fixed they were rude as hell the customer service was the worst and to top it off they told me that they were not liable and did not have to replace or fix my order im really hoping. We can get this fixed because i love dominoes but as of right now ill never eat there again.
