Honestly if you compare it to price they are offering, it's pretty decent. Well to some people standards rooms might be shabby but they are clean, as clean they can be. There is no smell in rooms or washroom, so that's a plus for me. But once again a Desi room with a Desi bathroom. That's all you get for RS.700 a night.
