Puro Bio - RAVENNA

Ok..that's less than the Puro e Bio of Forlì but that's still important. They had three vegan flavours, hopefully they can make more : cocco (coconut), veleno (dark chocolate fondant), zenzero e canella (ginger and cinnamon). Tried the first two and it was good. They also had vegan yogurt with a few vegan toppings

This was the greatest ice cream around Toscana. We made a round trip and this was really the best one. Great service and best taste/quality!

I highly recommend the vegan with different toppings on it. Very competitive price: € 3.5/5 per glass but rich portiones. There are some benches just outside where you can enjoy your dessert.

This is what ice-cream is about. most delicious and great variety of flavours. i particularly liked the sabayon and the ricotta mousse. i had to stop myself from going several times a day. highly recommended

Una sola locuzione: mousse di ricotta. E ho detto tutto. Basta così. Provare per credere. Ma affrettatevi perchè va a ruba. Ottimi anche i frullati consumati a metà mattina.
