Since years ago the new property took over the park restaurant, I regularly stayed here to eat. The quality of food is very good, the pizza is good as well as the ingredients, the kitchen works well and you are well in summer to eat out. The problem has always been the service at the tables: confused waiters, pizza precut to eat with plastic forks and only 2 table knives on request, slowness, errors. This adds little adaptability and ability to solve problems. The last time, to say how distracted is the service at the table, shooting threw my iPhone into the trash. When I noticed and asked for help from the managers, the answers were annoyed and told me that it was impossible. Only after so much insist and have given me gloves, rosing me in the trash I found my iPhone in the midst of the food remains. Conclusions? They did not apologize, they did not make any repair gesture at least a glass of bitter! and they continued to say that it was impossible to happen obviously yielding to the theory of multiverses ... PS say they limit the cutlery for a talk of sustainability, but in reality I could see, rummaging in the trash, that apart from the glass and not always everything is thrown into the 'differentiated... :

Slow service, arrogant staff (cassiere in particular), agreed menu not respected. Booked well in advance for a group of 20 people and agreed a fixed menu with pinsa, beer and water at a discounted price. We arrive and beer is not there, the alternatives offered are chardonnay wine and spritz. Meanwhile we ask to start having water and pine. The water was not fresh, the pineapple does not come. Let's raise. Slowly comes the pinsa, good. There is neither the spritz nor the chardonnay. We raise again, while waiting we drink hot water (in the meantime spend another half an hour). At that point it turns out that not even Chardonnay is there and they offer us an alternative wine, which frankly was really bad, and yet we also make this go well. The time comes to pay for an agreed menu that has not been respected, for terrible wine and for hot water. And here the arrogance of those who managed the case has arrived at the highest levels: no separate accounts even with fixed price equal for all (and there is but there is way and way of saying things), incompetence in communication and zero recognition of the numerous sins of the evening, that the restaurateurs who know how to do their work consider and grant for this a certain greater courtesy and perhaps also excuses for managing the evening. The work of the restaurateur is an art that is practiced with people, here not even remotely considered. We will never return again, even for hot water, slow service, unexisting agreed beer replaced with poor wine, but especially for the arrogance with which we were treated. The customers who come for the very suggestive place, but of suggestive places are happy to find others.

I've arranged a class dinner with 30 adults and 28 children, it's those situations where everyone agrees. Of Brancaleone I can only speak incredibly well. The pinsa is very good, they came out at the pre-established time, and they also had the concern to ask me if I preferred to go out a little later to wait for the last arrivals. It was very hot with a great assortment of tastes, so many that are also advanced, during the service we asked to increase the quantity of a particular taste after 5 minutes arrived, we were served by 2/3 waiters, so they were very ready to satisfy every request, young boys, of a kindness and a desire to do, that few times you find. At the beginning of the evening I also asked to postpone the exit of a few pizzas after an hour for those who would arrive late, and they did not beat eyelashes, despite I understand I could have caused a disturbance at organizational level. Finally, at the time of payment (competitive account compared to any location of the ravennate), I was asked, I believe from the manager, if we were happy, if the pinse were good, sufficient and if we had found some problem; also this interest does not spoil. We do not talk about the location that is fantastic especially for parents who can sit at the table while children have fun in an immense but circumscribed park. They also had the premura to make our huge table under big umbrellas, in case the weather had made whimsical we would still save the evening! What better to say than that could not really do! Everybody!
