Los Chanquis Mexican Seafood - Raton

We stopped through on our way to Colorado and the food was AMAZING!! The hot, fresh chips were a nice touch too! I loved my chicken enchiladas!

I cannot rate because we really wanted to try this restaurant and I checked the hours on google. It was 6:45 Saturday night and they were supposed to be open until 8 pm. The lights were off and the door locked. My advice is to call and confirm that they are open before going out of your way. I will try next time we are in town.

Waitress wasn’t polite. She did not care at all about giving a good service. Food was decent but would have rather stop at McDonalds.

The food was very overpriced. The fish I ordered was extremely overcooked, and the wait staff was super nice to some customers and very rude to others. I ordered a Horchata and was given a Coke. Not to mention, the place had absolutely no AC. I wouldn’t come here again.

What a huge disappointment. Went off to find a great place, very excited to try this one. I was addressed (not greeted) told I ordered up front and pointed to the register. She then toldme i order at the register then sit. I asked the girl about a dish, she said rudely we don't have that, I asked what the prices she said I'll tell you, again VERY rude.I walked out. Horrible experience and would absolutely not recommend based on this experience. Huge disappointment
