Phillip, the owner, has an amazing knowledge of tea and can come up with a unique drink that is sure to impress. Ask him about iced tea options in the summer. My favorite is the roy g. biv.

The staff were so friendly and helpful without being pushy. The store was so clean. They even had a few toys for my kids to play with, which is exceptional for a high end store targeted towards older people.

Wonderful. The quality is much better than from the grocery store. The medicinal herbal tea sort has always been my personal go to. I won’t buy tea anywhere else now. Treat yourself.

Picked up some cinnamon for an addiction of mine, and Jack helped me find EXACTLY what I needed. Jade also made the checkout process very comfortable and friendly, and even convinced me to pick up the caramels they had, and I absolutely LOVED them. Absolutely wonderful store, held together by these two amazing people.
