Subway - Rapid City

The food was excellent, but there seemed to be a lack of staff. Not many employees appeared to be ready to work. The atmosphere had a gothic vibe, which I found intriguing, and as always, Subway offers great options.

We were staying at a motel close to this Subway, and we decided to have dinner there around 9 PM. When we arrived, there was one other customer and a staff member. We had to wait a little while since the other customer ordered several sandwiches, but it was definitely worth the wait. Logan, the employee, expertly prepared our sandwiches. There were three of us in total, and Logan took the time to craft each sandwich just the way we wanted. While this may not be the best Subway I've ever visited, Logan made it a standout experience for me in Rapid City.

The staff member mistakenly made me the wrong sandwich, and when I pointed it out, he seemed upset. He did prepare the correct one afterward, but there was so much marinara sauce that it became soupy, and I had to ask for a fork to eat it. What a hassle!

This subway was really busy when I first visited. I ordered online for a board pick-up, but I could say I would wait one if I didn't go in. my order was finished and the staff was apologetic and friendly. best was my order right and tasted good. I'd use the next time.

Probably the worst customer service i’ve ever had… i told her what kind of cheese i wanted and she threw a different kind on anyways. they were so rushed and i was the only one in there
