Forks In The Air Mountain Bistro

Our whole family really enjoyed dining at Forks in the Air during our vacation in Maine. The seafood was incredibly fresh. The calamari was flavorful and crispy, and the sea scallops were so tender and sweet that we were tempted to order another dish. The strawberry salad and Caesar salad tasted as if they were made with homemade dressings. We appreciated the wine selection, and Courtney was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us choose the perfect wine! We could only share two desserts, but they were fantastic. The tiramisu is definitely worth trying on its own – don’t even think about sharing! Make sure to call ahead; they returned our call the same day to confirm our reservation. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the city, so you can easily go for a stroll after dining at the city docks.
