Alfa Bagels - Randolph

The best bagels I've ever had! I recently moved from Randolph to Chester, and while the bagels here are decent, I still find myself returning to Randolph because Alpha Bagels are simply the best! They're always fresh and absolutely delicious!

We would like to see an improved variety of soups and chili, particularly during the winter months.

The bagels are fantastic, but my hot tea was just lukewarm at best!

I stopped by to buy some bagels, and while the menu indicated one price, I ended up being charged more! The cream cheese costs $8 for just half a pound! The bagels themselves are good and served hot, but I think they're overpriced. There are plenty of other bagel shops nearby where you can find just as tasty bagels at a better price!

The bagels here are fantastic and definitely my favorite in the area. Unfortunately, I won't be returning due to the poor customer service. The woman at the counter yelled at me for not specifying that I was dining in, which upset her because my order was packed in to-go containers. Why not just ask if it's for here or to go? It's not my responsibility to inform you of my plans. When I requested an extra small container, I was told I'd have to pay for it. I let her know that she lost a customer over this experience. To top it off, while driving home on Route 287, I almost witnessed an accident caused by someone driving recklessly. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was an employee of Alfa Bagels, still in her work shirt. It's baffling. They really need to get it together. Nonetheless, the bagels are still great!
