Phillips Pizza - Randallstown

I usually have no problems ordering from here, but tonight was terrible. my job was completely wrong and the person who took my order constantly spoke about me while I tried to explain what was wrong with the order of my family. the Sub-Combo was missing, they kicked all the wings hard for the 4 pieces and 6 pieces combos I ordered, although I had not asked them. then the 10 pieces honey bbq wing combo I ordered were hot buffalo wings with bbq sauce on them. They argued with me, then they sent me the same buffalo wings from the order that I sent back, only with watery honeybq sauce on it and the new stack of wings were still too hard roasted. I tried to give them the advantage of the doubt when I called myself to repair my order, I would simply have asked for my money and saved my effort.

I ordered a meatbuster, a meatless pizza, and they told me the rest of the meat was under the cheese, but it really wasn't. (the person who made the pizza has raised me) the pizza was also on the salty side. the crust was the best part about the pizza. that was my first and last time here. we were hungry and our first choice didn't want to deliver so we tried instead. do they save themselves a trip and are gloves optional because they do not wear them while they treat them?

Best fried chicken I ever had, outside of Grandma, Mother and Auntie.

Two years ago I had the best sub at all from this place. one year later the sub was not so good, so I thought I would give them a chance today, 12/8/21, big mistake! the cheese steak sub and the pommes were terrible. I will not go back. everything was overcrowded. the pommes were hard and tasteless. the lower part had very little flesh and beats. it was just not good, I threw it away after 2 bites and promised not to go back. they save themselves from disappointing people, they don't go here. it's not worth it.

The pizza is fantastic and the Greek salad is delicious. However, the prices are a bit on the high side.
