Mcdonald's - Randallstown

This is the best McDonald's in the area! I recently visited on a Friday at 11 o'clock, and the service was quick and friendly. The food was excellent—fresh and hot! I won't be going to any other McDonald's around here!

I promised myself I wouldn't return, but I did, and the manager really turned things around. It took two visits, but everything was fresh and just right. This McDonald's has become the best spot in our community to grab coffee and enjoy breakfast or lunch. I appreciate the manager, the staff, and the customers for creating a welcoming meeting point that provides food and service worthy of our neighbors.

My fries were freezing. I went back to get a fresh, hot serving. Then, I took a bite of my fish sandwich, and it was cold. My pancake was also cold.

Sitting on Sunday afternoon, after lunch the rush should be finished (approx. 3). it took 30 minutes until our meal was finished. online via the app for table service ordered, and not only was it delivered to the table, but it was packed to-go instead on a tablet. worth money is in order, especially with the loyalty points of the app, but service was bad. Moreover, the sandwiches were beaten together and not well presented.

This location is one of the worse! They remodeled but the service and the food lacks. I have a child who loves McDonald 's so you can imagine I frequent McDonald 's quite a bit! This one is the closet to my house but I will sometimes go out of my way to go to another one. They can be slow, unorganized, the self service kiosk is either down, or can 't take cash. They almost always say they are out of apple pies, they mess up your order, and the food is just hit or miss! And do not order doordash through them because you sometimes end up with completely the wrong order. Now, this may be a combination of both McDonald 's and Doordash 's fault but either way it is a hassle. If you can avoid this location, please do so!
