Mcdonald's - Rancho Mirage

I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's. The restaurant is clean and nicely designed. The staff is very attentive, particularly a young cashier who provided excellent service. The fries and Big Mac were prepared perfectly and not overcooked. Plus, the sauces were complimentary, which was a nice touch. The indoor temperature was comfortable as well. Overall, I give it a perfect score of 5 out of 5. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This was our first visit to McDonald's, and it was quite busy for lunch on a Tuesday. I ordered a large iced tea with extra ice. When we picked up our order at the window, the gentleman serving us asked if we needed anything else. We requested more ice, and he handed us an extra cup full of napkins instead. He was smiling the whole time, which really made our day!

Tonight, I was on a mission for a McFlurry and felt I deserved a treat. Although the wait in line was a bit long, it wasn't too bad and went by quickly. When we reached the window, the staff member there was incredibly nice and friendly. We requested a small cup for the ice cream cone we ordered, and without skipping a beat, he gladly obliged and even offered us a spoon. While this might seem like standard service, it really stood out to me. In today's world, it's all too common to encounter staff with serious faces and impersonal interactions, as many people seem focused solely on getting the job done. Omg, first time in forever we received the best customer service in a McDonald's. The cashier, Tiffany went on and beyond on customer service. My kids were excited to order bcuz she acknowledge them and was very attentive. Thank you.

This is a standard McDonald’s, but since we were hungry, it was very good. There was also no lines, so we got everything we wanted very quickly.
