Juice It Up - Rancho Mirage

The place is gone and fast. We are from the Yucca Valley area and usually get smoothies from this location. Yesterday we visited the rancho mirage site. Customer service was bad. The employees here are so cold and catastrophic that they unite the mixer and us and the customers. When I ordered the two illuminated hair girls to come out, both were super annoyed that they had to help me. However, I ordered a zone when I asked one of the girls to make sure that not add additional water than not to remove the protein in it, they specifically added more water, mirked and left the other half of my smoothie in the mixer This place is the worst. The place was also dirty I wonder what the rest of the place looks like. This place is a direct reflection of who ever runs it.

Service was non existent. I came in around 8:00 this morning to an empty store. Not a sole onsite. After around 5 minutes I said hello loudly and finally 2 employees came out of the back. They looked miserable and seemed to hate there job. They greeted me with a hi how are you but with a Nasty attitude. I ordered a smoothly which was not blended properly, had many chunks of I don?t even know. I suggest Jamba Juice they are always on point with a great attitude to add on.

Employees were not friendly at all. They could have cared less to take my order. This has been a problem for a long time. Idk who is doing the hiring, but they need someone who can do a better job. Or maybe a better manager in general if most of the employees give off that feel of hating their jobs and taking it out on the customers. Although that is not an excuse for them to behave that way. All I did was walk in and no one even wanted to acknowledge I was there. This is why I stopped coming to this one. I will just stick to the La Quinta store whenever I am around that area. It is too bad the employees have poor customer service, I really like the drinks from here.

The person with the glasses of asian descent is rude. He clearly hates he?s job. I will more likely consider not going back to this juice bar location.
