I have the guts when it's still eating! the brot we never got! had to ask for a glass of wine! Eat (paella) was dry as it went back to the kitchen, as we were not made with appetizers!

When we made our reservations we were given the option of standard or holiday menu. We chose the standard menu. When we checked in we were asked if we preferred indoor or outdoor seating and were seated with only the holiday menu. If we made a reservation, wouldn’t a table already have been “reserved” for us? We sat for about ten minutes before we were served water and maybe another ten minutes before we saw the waiter. When we asked about the standard menu we were told it wasn’t an option. The buffet was spread out amongst the entire restaurant. The prime rib was over cooked with only medium to well options, we prefer medium rare and it was pretty much a full roast. The turkey options were dry as well. There was no crème brûlée amongst the desserts as listed on the menu. We were rarely checked on by the waiter or water person, even though we saw they taking care of other tables around us. When we received the bill it was almost $40 more than we expected. When we asked why we were told there was an automatic 18% holiday gratuity but we didn’t have to stick to that, meaning we could tip more. If I could have tipped less, I would have. We are considering trying this restaurant another time just not during a holiday and where we can try the regular menu, but we are just a little discouraged and disappointed at this time.

The waitstaff was on top of things and very attentive but they are clearly understaffed in the kitchen so the service was slow. I ordered a steak salad medium rare and it came well done. I’ve had much better meals here before. I assume they missed the mark because of lack of staff

Lovely evening outdoor atmosphere, aided by several outdoor heaters. Excellent service from David. Food very good.

TYpical hotel food and pricing . Not worth it, will not go back
