I love this BBQ and I wish they open one in LA or OC! Babe will be my must-stop when I visit the area. These cunning meats were the bride and they were absolutely delicate and full of taste. The ribs were also delicious and tasteful. Babe's was actually founded by Donald Warren Callender of Marie Callenders Restaurant. They also have their own brewery and we ordered a flight of their beer taste. Pretty delicious!

Cesar was an amazing waiter. All his recommendations were phenomenal. We ordered the goat cheese tamales, two housebrows, a blonde ale and an acid. Phenomena. The food was amazing. We share a main dish of baby back ribs and brisket. I fell right off the bone. Much for two with the tamale and main dish. We also ordered the peach cake. Use everything on the table. Best service.

Best beet salad EVER! Ribs are delicious. Return every time we get to Palm Desert. Our server Michele was great.
