Bidrage med feedbackThe food was good, but the service was lacking. I waited patiently to place my order for 10 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I was eager to eat, but it wasn't until someone eventually came by to ask if I needed anything that I was able to order. Overall, the service could definitely use improvement.
Dining here was an absolute delight! We catered for an office party, and everyone loved it. We ordered lomo saltado, pollo saltado, steamed rice, and some type of noodles, though I can't recall their names. The only thing that was missing was a side of chimichurri sauce. However, the flavors were vibrant and the food was incredibly delicious!
The quinoa salad deserves a perfect 5/5 – the combination of fresh, juicy cranberries with greens and corn salad made it standout. The pollo a lo pobre was rated 4/5; it was very tasty, and the accompanying plantains were a delightful touch. Southeast Asian diners might recognize the plantains as being quite similar to their local “pisang goreng,” though without the crust. The arroz con pollito was simply perfect, earning a 5/5. The cilantro-infused rice paired perfectly with succulent chicken and Peruvian corn. The grilled steak received a 3.5/5; it was well-cooked, but a bit too fatty for my taste. As for the Cusqueña beer, I’d give it a 4/5. It has a flavor reminiscent of India’s Kingfisher beer. I also recommend trying the salsa criolla and cancha chulpi corn as excellent accompaniments.
The food was decent. service was not good. sa patient for 30 minutes after eating, until someone finally asked if I needed something. empty drink and no change in position for 30 minutes should be the first note.
Everything was delicious! Best empanadas I’ve ever had!
