Juanita's Iii Rancho Cucamonga

Customer service has been pretty bad lately. last week. waits on the drive through menu for someone to take my order for a very long time. I was the only person there and the waiting period was almost 10 minutes before I helped. drive to the window to pay for my eating. the guy who wears a dirty hemd, took my money and dropped my hot sauce on the floor. then he took the hot sauce off the floor and put in my pocket. I asked him if he dropped my hot sauce, he said no excuse, but then he replaced the hot sauce. then he took what was in the bag, and disappeared behind the running gear window, came back in a few minutes and gave me my food without saying anything. I threw the food in the müll and went next to the tacoglocke. btw, I've been going to juanita for over 38 years. I use one on the Indian hill in pomona, then the on the 4th street and now in rancho cucamonga. their tacos and hot sauce keep me back. after this has been said for the price they charge for food (it is expensive), their customer service will have to improve before I return.

It is the best place on earth! since I was a child of taste of burritos are as tasty as I remember how a child is exactly the same to today! no place on earth is as amazing as this place! if they are amazing mexican eat homemade tortillas perfectly seasoned food homemade rice and want to be roasted, this is the place to go!

Yesterday afternoon terrible experience. this place is usually really good. we are a company in rancho. 8 people coming to eat, but the child with a green pullover w/ bart was rude for many customers. he claimed he was training new employees. sloppy food and service complaints in the short time that we expected in the sound. we decided to take over our service elsewhere. not properly how their employees treat customers. our company is fed elsewhere until this problem is solved. update: customer service response was müll. our business park will never eat here again. should never talk to customers like that!

This is to share about my 1 star ? experience last night. We used to live close by and passing through during dinner time, we thought this was going to be a treat! We love their food!As soon as we pulled into the drive-tru they were rude. The young lady was acting like the mic didn't work while they took our order. So we pulled up and immediately The manager was bobbing his neck explaining the mic didn't work while trying to hold back his laugh. He said he was in the middle of training, but had gross attitudes like I've never experienced. He refused to give his name so We took a picture out of disbelief and needed to share!The food used to be great with great customer service. But this manager training these girls to act like that is not not acceptable.We drove off. We usually spend over $50 easily.I edit my review to exercise my right to express my concerns after being disrespected. But I see that even the ownership approves this behavior. We won't be taking our business here. We will be sure to share this with our community who introduced us to you.

Love this place, fresh home made flour tortillas make any mexican meal taste better. This is the second location i go to and they are both as good.
