Bidrage med feedbackThis the best Subway around! The food and service is always superb! The team is so friendly and always goes out of their way to make it a great experience. We especially get great service from Elle and Ryan when we come in the evenings, but the whole team is great.
Would be 5star, except they told me to use the subway app they don't participate in any of the app
The Titan Turkey sandwich was good. I customize it, had a Italian herb and cheese roll, and added red onion, bell pepper, and black olives, with peppercorn ranch dressing. My sister ordered the same sandwich, and thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint was the soda, Dr Pepper, was watered down, too much soda water.
They screwed up my pick-up order. Various items were missing from the sandwich. What do I have to do? Stand around and babysit these people? I gave them feedback via an email explaining that ingredients to the sandwich were missing. Here was part of the response that was given to me via email: At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. What does that have to do with the very specific ingredients that I requested on my sandwich? Terrible incompetent response. Will go out of my way to find another sandwich shop. Because obviously, they can 't follow directions.
I was just up there today ordering a sandwich from a short Hispanic worker there no name tag so I'm force to give a description of who she is. When I ordered my two sandwiches there were specifics on how I wanted to be made seems usual right? Something you go to subway for you can have it however you wanted add some stuff order use a different cheese whatever right? I guess I was wrong because all I receive was attitude from the moment I ordered my food seems like she didn't want to do it I ask for some extra for my sandwiches more than willing to pay extra no problem as I said to her but then proceed to check me on how my sandwich should be made or next time I need to let them know what I'm doing before they make the sandwiches (which I did and also the idea is to make as you go) then continue to chastise me at the register telling me whatever on the menu that's how it's suppose to be made no substitutions. The crazy thing is this is my second day coming here in a row and received some form of bad service. I don't know how subway run things but I know for fact your not suppose to chastise your customers orders or make them feel unwelcomed with bad attitudes and looking like you don't want to do your job at all.
