Starbucks - Rancho Cucagmonga

I love this starbucks. The customer service there is very good. They don't have a lot of food options. They have a very cute set up there. The cups are on display there. Not a lot of room because it's in a store but overall this Starbucks is like 4 stars.

They don 't accept points. I think Albertsons owns it so it 's not in the Starbucks system. The 2 staff were not very fast and they did not seem like they wanted to work there. There was a long line. It was my birthday so I was trying to get my free drink with my points. The cashier said the scanner is not working today (or ever). The 2nd lady said in order for my points to work, I would have to buy a gift card.... What? The 2nd staff had an attitude as well.I just left frustrated without my coffee. Not a way to start my birthday.

Can't use your points here or collect points.....you have to use a gift card or add your points to a gift card.....either way it is a big waste of time.

The staff was friendly and the iced tea was so delicious.
