Kfc - Rancho Cordova

Normally I go to this location because I can expect fresh food and it always tastes great. Today not only did they get my order wrong, but everything I did try seemed old and tasted horrible.

Drive thru was slow. Couldn't hear thru the speaker. Had to order out to drive through window. Very rude. Heard a single chicken breast meal and chicken was undercooked.

This is what I got when I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich

13$ for 2 drumsticks, a dried up mini thigh and 2 sides. Never again All I wanted was a chicken sammich, but they were out.???????????

Food was good but order was incorrect. I asked for mash gravy and a large gravy. They just gave me an extra container of gravy that goes with the mash. Food is increasingly expensive and when you don't get what you pay for its upsetting. Lastly thecashier became annoyed when I asked for butter honey for the biscuits. I'm not asking for a gourmet restaurant experience butthey should provide a basic level of courtesy to all customers. I doubt I'll go here again.
