This is the most careless staff I've ever experienced. When I called to check the status of my delivery, I was forwarded to a manager? that was nothing but rude. She just said it's not her problem. When I asked why she was rude and said this was unprofessional, she hung up the phone. Do you not waste your money on this shame of a restaurant regarding your answer?. You're the crook-individu that hangs so rude on me. Work on your customer service skills treasure. Wouldn't you speak this way if you weren't so unprofessional.

Customer service could improve something. Yes, the restaurant was very busy last night. However, ignore a customer stand at the counter, avoid all eye contact, not even provide a quick welcome are no ways to repeat customers. Also ask for waiting times *before* order. 45 minutes is a long waiting period for a single meal. My mistake! This and the unfriendly atmosphere... I don't know I'm going back.

That's the worst service I've ever had. I'm neither white nor white. I came in tonight and sat down. the waitress said I'm the only one that's so naked with me. I waited 20 minutes not to get a drink or even a job. but the waitress served the two other couples to eat. filled their drinks, even 2 of them, and even cleaned from the tables. When I get out, she doesn't even say she's sorry. How can a company allow 1 person to keep a restrained open? I'll never eat here.

This was my first time I ordered from here since her name changed. I ordered a 4 topping medium pizza and it was just over $30, which is quite expensive for a medium pizza I don't mind to pay quality, but the pizza was lacking in quality. There was such a small amount of marinara sauce on it. The dough tasted somewhat under boiled and someone had a heavy hand on the oregano shaker. I was so disappointed?

Coming from NY, I wasn't sure what to expect for Italian food, must say the eggplant parmesan was probably one of the best I've ever had. My grandsons enjoy the pizza immensely, not New York but very close. Service was fantastic, Melissa was excellent at her job, couldn't have asked for a better waitress. Restaurant was clean and everybody had a smile. If ever I was in this area again I would definitely go.
