Papa Johns Pizza - Ralston

Food is always fresh and the employees are absolutely amazing. Always a friendly face!

Yesterday I sent my children to this place to pick up a pizza that we ordered online. The employee received them very reluctantly and since my son did not understand well what she was asking him, she started yelling at him and he almost lost his temper. eyes my son didn't know what to do she was very rude she kept yelling at them instead of trying to understand them she got angry because they didn't speak English well she was racist and to make things worse the pizza was terrible tasteless very bad bad service ?

Overall a good experience. I did order 'well done ' for one of the pies and it was not well done. Otherwise you get what you expect pretty good pizza at a pretty good price. I think Varsity down the way is a slightly better pizza.

Never got my garlic knots papa johns did nothing about it. Never ordering here again

I can't really give less than 1 star even if I wanted to. I was quoted 25 minutes to half an hour for receipt of my delivery, at the 45 minute mark, I called to check the status, and was told they are waiting for a driver. But it could be half an hour more. I do not recommend ordering from this facility ever!!! Here it is, an hour later and still no order.
