Chili's Grill - Raleigh-Durham Airport

I opened this store 11 years ago and I was so surprised when I brought my family to see the newest state of the art chillis ? it was a horrible experience on a Friday night 1 bartender 2 servers and a person training with a server. 1 blonde lady manager bussing tables and stood around in a daze why the bartender had a full bar and full section and the middle section....no one helped her, they stood by the koisk laughing and playing ...no refills... we got sat immediately, but there was no service from the bartender because she was busy running the whole restaurant 15 minutes get my order. The food came 15 min later, thank God. The restaurant was dirty, and the outside patio we fought so hard for looked like it was closed indefinitely. Yall broke ? my heart. There was no teamwork and not fair for the bartender to have such a big section with out any help ?

A large group of us came here for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. The atmosphere was calm and fairly quiet over lunch and it seemed nice and clean. I was ordering something healthy for a change and got the Margarine Grilled Chicken. It was surprisingly good. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a healthy option.

Whew! I don’t who the punched is today but this is by far one of the greatest burgers I have EVER tasted in my life!! Omg! Please give today’s chef some praise because my food was exceptional.

This particular Chili's, is low key one of the best burger spots. Cooked to perfection ?. Never been let down. Fries are also very good.

Walked in at 10:20pm on a Friday night and was greeted by the host who was pleasant and welcoming. While he spoke to us the bartender yelled and said “I don’t know the kitchen closes in 10 minutes anyway”. We immediately said never mind and our host did try to ask us to stay but we decided to leave due to the bar tenders behavior and rudeness.
